Senior Supply Chain Planner

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing facility by planning, scheduling, and procuring raw materials. Your primary goal will be to attain and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets while adhering to corporate standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain SAP parameterization for efficient inventory management
  • Resolve shortages through effective scheduling to guarantee an appropriate level of inventory
  • Develop realistic daily plans considering capacity and raw material availability
  • Ensure timely customer response while upholding quality, safety, and industrial hygiene standards
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to implementing planning strategies aligned with business needs
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of planners to ensure all tasks are performed and documented
  • Provide ongoing feedback and address behavior and job performance issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management
  • ERP/MRP expertise
