Job Title: Team Player

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by being friendly, approachable and attentive to customer needs.
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare and present food to the highest standards while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to all health and safety procedures and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering great service.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
