About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced General Practitioners to join our team at an Aboriginal Medical Service located in a stunning coastal town on the Far South Coast of NSW. As a Locum VR GP, you will have the opportunity to provide culturally appropriate healthcare to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, working a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM.

The facilities include comprehensive general practice services, medical and dental clinics, and a variety of allied health services, all aimed at delivering a holistic approach to medical care. Travel, car, and accommodation will be provided, allowing you to focus on making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 20-minute appointments using Communicare software
  • Provide culturally appropriate healthcare to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
  • Work a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM
Requirements
  • FRACGP or VR qualifications and unrestricted AHPRA Registration
  • Experience with Communicare software desired
  • Aboriginal Health experience desired
  • NSW WWCC
