- Identify cross-selling opportunities within our program offerings, maximizing customer value and satisfaction.
- Proven customer service experience, with a track record of providing exceptional support and resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with property and casualty insurance, including policy management and underwriting.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and solve problems creatively, thinking outside the box.
