  • Professional Development:

    • Advocate for our products and services, highlighting their value and benefits to clients.
    • Identify cross-selling opportunities within our program offerings, maximizing customer value and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience, with a track record of providing exceptional support and resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with property and casualty insurance, including policy management and underwriting.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and solve problems creatively, thinking outside the box.
