Job Title: Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary
  • Accurately record customer interactions and data into the system
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding estimated completion times and vehicle delivery/pickup arrangements

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to establish cooperative working relationships
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail customer service experience, particularly in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems, Outlook, and MS Office
