Job Title: Content Strategist and Client Manager

  • We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused professional to manage client relationships and content production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client conversations and lead the development of content strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan, brief, and deliver high-quality content across social media platforms, including videos and podcasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and quality assurance of content.
  • Develop and present reports to clients on content performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends and recommend new creative approaches to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in account management or client management, preferably in content, media, or creative production.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of content formats and campaign ideas to help clients achieve their growth goals.
  • Ability to write sharp, engaging copy for social media.
  • Fluency in online collaboration tools such as Google Drive and Slack.

Bonus Points:

  • Video editing skills for short-form content (Descript, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Design skills for thumbnails and static graphics (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Audio editing skills for podcast content (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Descript, or similar).
  • Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, etc.).
  • Experience in podcasting or audio-first content.
  • Experience growing your own social media channels (Note: DO NOT apply if you ONLY have this experience).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (communications, media, or design preferred).
