About the Role:

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be working under the direct supervision of our Retail Manager, delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing transactions, maintaining stock levels, merchandising displays, and providing warm greetings to customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Previous pharmacy or retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Confidence in recommending and selling products, with a genuine interest in cosmetics and skincare.
  • Professional presentation and image, with excellent communication skills between all stakeholders.
  • Cash handling and register skills, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Dedicated work ethic and willingness to learn and grow with the business.
