About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ash Dam Coordinator to join our team at Eraring Power Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing maintenance plans, work management, asset health, risk management, and budgeting for all works associated with the Eraring Ash Dam.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Capital budgets.
  • Implement and execute asset management strategies.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of O&M plans.
  • Ensure plant ownership, drive technical initiatives, promote continuous improvement, project management, and contract management.
Requirements
  • Non-trade qualification (diploma level) with 6+ years of relevant power station, civil or heavy industry experience, or Engineering or Project Management Degree/Trade qualification with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience in thermal power station, civil or heavy industry maintenance, engineering, operations, safety, environmental systems, and warehousing functions.
  • Strong understanding and commitment to safe working principles in power stations, civil or heavy industry.
  • Expertise in using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), especially in maintenance work management (WMS).
  • Civil, Geotech or Tailings Dam experience.
