Occupational Therapist Role

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong background in occupational therapy and the ability to work with consumers to develop and implement personalized care plans.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

A key aspect of this role is conducting thorough assessments and developing evidence-based care plans that address the unique needs of each consumer.

You will also be responsible for providing ongoing support and guidance to consumers, as well as participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss consumer progress and treatment plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • General registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or the ability to register at time of commencement.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting functional assessments and developing therapeutic care plans.
  • Ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and complete tasks with attention to detail in a complex work environment.
