We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nursing Assistant - Caregiver. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lend a hand with daily life activities, ensuring our residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to support residents with challenging needs.
  • Help maintain the physical and mental well-being of our residents.
  • Assist with health monitoring and provide medication under the guidance of a registered nurse.
  • Build strong relationships with our residents, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Respect the privacy and dignity of each resident.

Requirements:

  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, or currently studying a related field.
  • Previous experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role.
  • Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
