Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of school-aged children and young people by identifying health, wellbeing and social needs, and coordinating early intervention, assessments, and referrals to services.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with local schools and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care, applying specialist clinical nursing knowledge, experience, and skill in providing complex nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify health, wellbeing and social needs for school-aged children and young people.
  • Coordinate early intervention, assessments, and referrals to services.
  • Work collaboratively with local schools and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care.
  • Apply specialist clinical nursing knowledge, experience, and skill in providing complex nursing care.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
