Business Intelligence Specialist

Our organization seeks a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Group Research department, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data analysis, with a strong understanding of property return drivers and macro-economic concepts. You will be expected to build and maintain complex datasets, including sector workbooks and forecast models.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in visual storytelling analytics, creating chart decks and presenting findings to internal and external clients.

As a skilled communicator, you will be able to distill complex data into clear, concise insights, effectively communicating with business teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain complex datasets, including sector workbooks and forecast models.
  • Develop skills in visual storytelling analytics, creating chart decks and presenting findings to internal and external clients.
  • Communicate complex data insights to business teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Property Economics is required, with relevant experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will have a strong understanding of Real Estate and/or Investments, as well as macroeconomic, capital market, demographic, and regulatory concepts, and how they impact real estate.

Proficiency in charting software and presentation tools is also necessary, with the ability to tailor output to various audiences.
