Job Title

A key leadership role has become available in our Operations team, responsible for managing and facilitating all internal and external audit functions across the business. The successful candidate will own and coordinate these activities, ensuring seamless execution and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and satisfactory outcomes.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Client Engagement and Strategy teams, to ensure successful management of employer assurance programs.
  3. Manage a team responsible for direct audit activity within the GRS Operations space, focusing on regulatory and contractual compliance requirements.
  4. Maintain a view of key outcomes from audits that require change to GRS operations and work with operational leaders to determine implementation steps.
  5. Work with contract managers to ensure employer assurance programs are supported and manage changes required for GRS operations.
Requirements
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage with external stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to interpret numerical data and complex information, with high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, achieve deadlines, and manage time effectively.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
