We are recruiting Home Care Workers to provide care and support to clients in their homes.
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Performing household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying
- Preparing light meals and assisting with grocery shopping
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and shared living areas
- Providing social support and transport to appointments and activities
- Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting concerns
- Respecting each client's preferences, cultural background, and values
- Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
You will also have the opportunity to assist with personal care such as showering, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting older people.
Our roles require a minimum commitment of 20 hours per fortnight, with availability on at least three weekdays per week during daytime hours. You will also have:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A focus on maintaining safe and clean environments
- A commitment to person-centred care
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Both roles applicants must have or be willing to obtain:
- A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- A Working with Children Check (Employee)
- A National Police Check
- Up-to-date vaccinations in accordance with our Vaccination Policy
- Full Australian working rights
The qualified role requires a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification).
