We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Lifeguards at City Venue Management's Miami Aquatic Centre and Helensvale Aquatic Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment.
- Supervision: Maintain high-level supervision of all customers within the aquatic environment, ensuring their safety and adherence to facility standards.
- First Aid and CPR: Be prepared to provide first aid and CPR if required, and accurately report incidents.
- Water Testing and Maintenance: Conduct regular water testing and perform general cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Admin Support: Assist with daily admin processes at the reception desk, including providing information and responding to Swim School and Aquatic enquiries.
- Current Qualifications: Hold a current Blue Card (Working with children check), CPR, First Aid, and Pool Lifeguard certification.
- Team Player: Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Training and Development: Opportunities for professional growth and development, including internal training and certification programs.
