Key Roles and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for processing sale/transfer notices, calculating pensioners rebates, investigating returned Rates Notices, and invoicing sundry debts.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be working in a hybrid environment, developing their career in local government. They will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to:

  • Processing sale/transfer notices
  • Calculating pensioners rebates
  • Investigating returned Rates Notices
  • Invoicing sundry debts
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Higher School Certificate level education or TAFE equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
  • Database maintenance skills
  • Routine correspondence and reports preparation
  • Demonstrated customer communication experience
