Marketing Manager Job

This is a unique opportunity to drive brand, patronage, and revenue growth across race days, non-race day events, sponsorship, and membership. You will be responsible for developing and executing smart, strategic marketing plans that cut through the noise and bring crowds through the gates.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on execution experience, having a background in events, sport, hospitality, or member-based businesses. They will have a proven track record of leading and mentoring a marketing team, driving sponsorship value and membership growth, and being media-savvy with strong budget management and campaign reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Lead a tight-knit marketing team and manage agency relationships
  • Drive sponsorship value and membership growth
  • Manage budgets and report on campaign performance
  • Be a strategic thinker with hands-on execution experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
