Lead Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Lead Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

About the Position:

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating memorable dining experiences. You must be on top of your game, quick on your feet, have sound product knowledge and have honed your hospitality skills over some years.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant in the absence of senior management.
  • Create a positive guest experience by delivering exceptional service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Follow established policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and nights.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a lead supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
  • Ability to effectively manage the restaurant and its staff.
  • Knowledge of food and wine is desirable.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Australia and hold a valid NSW RSA.
