Job Title: Beverage & Food Service Manager

W Sydney is seeking a Beverage & Food Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Living Room Bar and team. This role involves supervision, guest satisfaction, and talent relations.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate the Living Room Bar efficiently.
  • Maintain effective communication between departments.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Monitor alcohol beverage service according to local laws.
  • Enhance service performance and set a positive example for guest relations.
  • Support Talent during peak times.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including equipment setup and cleaning.
  • Provide feedback to Talent based on observed service behaviors.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • Availability to work weekends, rotating shifts, and public holidays when needed.
  • Current RSA certification.
  • Knowledge of beverages and cocktails, spirits, wines, etc.
  • Strong focus on service culture for guests.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
