Relief Manager Role Overview

  • Job Description

The Relief Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our stores, including customer service, store management, and facilities management. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing business with a fun and inclusive culture.

You will be working closely with our Store Management team to cover gaps in rosters and assist with various tasks as needed. As a Relief Store Manager, you will be adaptable, flexible, and enjoy a changing environment.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and are eager to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply.

  • Experience in retail, sales, or hospitality

  • An enthusiastic team player attitude
  • Goal-orientated and results-driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and confident telephone communication skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Current full driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Forklift license desirable but not essential
