Job Trainer - Gardening Specialist

To succeed in this role, you'll be providing guidance and support to individuals as they develop their gardening skills and confidence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training programs and mentoring participants in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to participants
  • Support the development of gardening skills and confidence among participants
  • Mentor participants in their roles and tasks
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in gardening is required
  • A thorough understanding of gardening equipment usage such as mowers and brush cutters
  • Completion of a White Card course
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
