Job Title: Skilled Aerial Operator

XAG is committed to advancing agriculture through advanced drone technology.

We invite experienced professionals to join our aerial operations team as we expand across Australia, integrating drones and robots in various sectors, including agriculture and mining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan comprehensive flights, considering system preparation, CASA regulation compliance, client needs, and protocols.
  • Execute and supervise flights, including maintenance at operation sites.
  • Maintain strict adherence to CASA regulations.
  • Travel nationally for remote operations and training purposes.
  • Operate Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS).
  • Ensure safe drone operation.
  • Deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Collaborate with technicians for RPA maintenance, development, and testing.
  • Coordinate event planning and demonstrations with the sales department.
  • Develop user manuals.

Requirements:

  • Australian work authorization.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
  • A valid driver's license with 4WD experience.
