As an Advanced Perinatal Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading and developing clinical services for women experiencing alcohol and other drug issues during the perinatal period.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice and consultancy services in the field of Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD). This includes assessment, care planning, and review of patients in collaboration with primary service providers to ensure the utilization of evidence-based practice.
You will also be responsible for facilitating linkages and relationships with local health district nurses/midwives, multidisciplinary teams, and medical officers to support patient management.
