About our Business

We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of menu items according to our recipes and presentation standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a great team. As a Catering Assistant, you will maintain a clean and organised workspace, following all food safety and hygiene standards.

You will collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations is essential.

As part of this role, you may also be required to mentor and train other staff as needed, sharing your knowledge of food preparation and presentation.

This position involves supporting and supervising individuals with disabilities to develop their hospitality skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble menu items according to our recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Mentor and train other staff as needed, sharing your knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
