The Role

You will be joining a close-knit, collaborative and supportive Professional Services team. The consultants within this team are primarily tasked with successfully delivering implementation projects to customers globally. This opportunity is a full-time permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers to successfully implement and configure PageUp solutions based on a combination of business requirements and industry best practice recommendations.
  • Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, liaising between our customers, PageUp SME's and third parties to facilitate customer requirements.
  • Empower clients through the implementation process to ensure they are in a position to get the most out of PageUp's solution post-Go-live.
  • Ensure customers are confident in using the PageUp system and set up for success.

About You

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing and consulting roles.
  • Client-centric - You exist to make your customers and stakeholders successful, whatever it takes.
  • Ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders through clear, concise and timely communication.
  • You enjoy problem-solving and really understanding the factors that drive business processes and decisions.
  • Contributing to, and collaborating in a team environment comes naturally to you. Learning from others, whilst sharing your knowledge with everyone is essential to your success.
  • Proactive - You are an accountable individual who takes responsibility for positive outcomes.
  • Experience or exposure to Talent Management or Recruitment would be advantageous but not essential.
