  • Develop and execute change management strategies, partnering closely with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Assess change impacts and define future ways of working, working closely with project teams.
  • Develop and implement Change Impact Assessments, Learning Plans, Communication and Engagement Plans, and Adoption Measurement Approaches.
About the Role

This hands-on role will be responsible for the development and execution of change management strategies, ensuring business readiness and supporting employees and customers in adapting to change.

  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and foster stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead training and learning initiatives, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on change initiatives.
