We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Australia, Highpoint. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing business strategies, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute store business strategies, initiatives, and growth plans across all categories.
- Assist with tracking store performance to meet or exceed established sales and performance goals.
- Support the Store Manager in training and developing new and existing team members.
- Show high levels of detail in visual merchandising and stock management.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed.
- Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
