- Supervise students and manage research support staff to ensure the success of our research initiatives.
- Develop partnerships and engage in internal service activities to promote the university's values and mission.
- Completion or near completion of a PhD in social psychology.
- An emerging profile in research in social psychology, with expertise in R, large language models, and longitudinal modeling.
- Experience in online and in-person study design and data collection, as well as experience sampling methodology.
