About the Role

We're seeking a talented Product Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our key lifestyle products. As a Product Developer, you will be responsible for working closely with our Buying and Product teams to ensure that we deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications and fittings for our products
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and manage product expectations
  • Track production and manage product schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Contribute to fittings and review samples to ensure quality and consistency
  • Manage production and shipping schedules, approve lab dips, trims, strikes offs, and bulk fabrics
  • Garment measurements and fittings, sample coordination, and technical drawings
Requirements
  • Degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as Fashion or Textiles
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Product Developer role
  • Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator
