As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of major projects from initial planning to hands-on leadership of the project team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all projects meet or exceed workplace health and safety, quality and environmental standards
  • Guide, mentor and coach the project management team to achieve performance expectations and maintain positive working relationships
  • Manage project schedules, budgets and financial performance, and develop effective work plans
  • Ensure compliance with National Construction Code, Australian Standards and legislative requirements
  • Foster effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders

You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction industry project management, with proven proficiency in project management methodologies and operations.

Key skills include in-depth knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, strong leadership skills, excellent planning and time management skills, adaptability and ability to work well under pressure.
