Join Our Team as a Casual Educator

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will play a vital role in ensuring every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity is essential in creating an environment where children feel safe, are safe, and are protected from abuse, neglect, and harm.

Our ideal candidate will have or obtain a valid working with children check and hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification. They will also be willing to travel between local services and have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
  • Engage and supervise children at all times.
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and policies and procedures.
