Clinical Educator for Social Work

Monash Health is a leading healthcare provider in Victoria, and we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator for Social Work to join our team. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of our Social Work workforce, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement education programs for Social Workers to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Monash Health to identify workforce development needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide on-the-job support and supervision to Social Workers to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver evidence-based practice.
- Contribute to the development of education resources and materials to support the Social Work workforce.
- Bachelor of Social Work or Master of Social Work Qualifying OR Master of Social Work, OR equivalent as assessed and approved by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Eligible for ordinary membership of AASW if overseas trained.
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
