About the Role

As our next Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Lead Generator, you'll be responsible for welcoming and registering owners and guests, scheduling sales appointments with our onsite team, and sharing insights about local attractions. Your attention to detail will ensure all necessary paperwork is meticulously completed. By building genuine connections with our guests, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a standout experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and register owners and guests, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  2. Schedule sales appointments with our onsite team and share insights about local attractions.
  3. Complete all necessary paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Establish genuine connections with guests to deliver exceptional experiences.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
  • Previous experience in face-to-face marketing or sales is highly desirable.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) is advantageous.
  • The ability to recognise and solve problems in the workplace.
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
