Aquatic Program Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills and experience in teaching and program delivery.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to program members and supporting our swimming teachers.
  • Aquatic Program Officers have a thorough understanding of our programs and/or willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to program members, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support Swimming Teachers: Collaborate with swimming teachers to deliver effective and engaging programs, offering support and guidance as needed.
  • Program Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our programs, including their objectives, benefits, and requirements.
  • Shift Work: Work a range of shifts within our program operating times, including Tuesdays, Thursdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays.

  • Qualifications and Experience: Possess the necessary qualifications and experience to meet the requirements of the position.
  • Candidate Values: Demonstrate the ability to champion, model, and promote corporate values, aligning with our organization's mission and vision.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with program members, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Time Management: Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to achieve goals and objectives.
