">Overview

This part-time position involves working as an Aquatic Program Officer and Swimming Teacher at our organization. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service to program members, supporting teachers, and having a thorough understanding of our programs.

  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential for this role, along with high-level computer skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is available to work a range of shifts within our program operating times. Additional shifts can be picked up.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Qualifications and experience in teaching a wide range of age groups and abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to champion, model, and promote corporate values.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience as an active member of a positive team culture where peers are supported, and programs are delivered with enthusiasm and pride.
  • Demonstrated time management, planning, and organizational skills within a busy and fast-paced environment.
