Pilbara Minerals is seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team in West Perth. As a key member of our Treasury function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Treasury Manager in the evolution of our Treasury function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Treasury function's operational activity in line with Treasury strategy, including bank account management, Treasury settlements, and cash investment strategy.
  • Manage the Treasury's risk management activity in line with the Group's Treasury Policy and Strategy, including hedging and counterparty risk.
  • Support the management and administration of the Company's debt facilities, including revolving credit facilities, government agency funding, and asset finance facilities.
  • Work with the Treasury Manager to implement a new Treasury Management System and adopt Treasury automation and improvements to cash management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key banks and Government Financiers.
  • Provide Treasury support to projects, including implementation of Treasury solutions into new jurisdictions.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Treasury professional with a strong background in Corporate Treasury, ideally within the Mining & Resources industry. You will have a formal tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, and significant experience in Treasury operations, including bank account management and cash management.
