Role Description:
Job OverviewThis position oversees the organization's employee engagement, talent development and performance management initiatives in APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading various programs that foster a positive work environment and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with global HR goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute performance management and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance and HR policies to support business operations.
- Oversee accurate reporting and analytics through the effective use of HRIS systems.
- Partner with finance to develop and manage HR budgets and workforce plans.
- Act as WHS representative to promote a safe, inclusive and compliant workplace culture.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in generalist or HRBP roles in multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and HR reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
- Able to work independently and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent English language proficiency; French is an asset.
