Role Description:

Job Overview

This position oversees the organization's employee engagement, talent development and performance management initiatives in APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading various programs that foster a positive work environment and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with global HR goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute performance management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance and HR policies to support business operations.
  • Oversee accurate reporting and analytics through the effective use of HRIS systems.
  • Partner with finance to develop and manage HR budgets and workforce plans.
  • Act as WHS representative to promote a safe, inclusive and compliant workplace culture.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the Reconciliation Action Plan.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in generalist or HRBP roles in multinational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and HR reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent English language proficiency; French is an asset.
