Salesforce Solution Architect

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join a high-impact digital transformation program, delivering cutting-edge solutions.

This role will focus on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, with a strong emphasis on Lightning Web Components and Apex development. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce, deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Apex components, and proven experience in systems integration and data modelling.

  • Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into high-level architecture and technical designs.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural oversight across the solution lifecycle.
  • Review code and provide guidance to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations.
  • Conduct technical design sessions, code reviews, and architectural assessments.
  • Implement and oversee CI/CD processes, source control, and release management.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Certified Solution Architect, Certified System Architect, OmniStudio Consultant.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or IT.
  • Extensive hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce.
  • Deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Apex components.
  • Proven experience in systems integration and data modelling.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
