About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Talent Partner to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top creative talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit creative professionals for our Design business unit
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, offers, and onboarding

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creative recruitment, preferably in a design or creative agency
  • Strong understanding of the creative industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
