About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at DuluxGroup. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our brand strategy, ensuring alignment across sales, specification, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a long-term brand strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints
  • Support the new product development (NPD) agenda to drive innovation and business growth
  • Coach and mentor a Brand Manager and work closely with other business functions to achieve marketing objectives
  • Lead market research projects to inform brand strategy and innovation decisions
  • Manage agency and budget resources to deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic brand management, with a strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
  • In-depth knowledge of stage & gate processes and B2B/technical product industries
  • Qualifications in Marketing or similar, with a proven track record of delivering marketing results
