Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Credit Product Delivery Associate. This role will be part of a dedicated lending and trade finance execution support function with the ultimate goal of providing superior client experience while ensuring timely service and maintaining a strong risk framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business partners across Global Banking, Credit, Product, Legal, and line-of-business operations to drive end-to-end transaction execution processes.
  • Lead the preparation, negotiation, and execution of credit/product agreements, deal closing process, ownership of sourcing and reviewing client constitutional documents and conditions precedent.
  • Manage controls framework, reporting, and escalation for transaction execution, including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations.
  • Collaborate across functional areas to ensure all operational, financial, and technology risks have been addressed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' experience in either Credit and Transaction Management, Credit Execution, Front Office, Credit, or Legal documentation space.
  • Strong credit and documentation knowledge across core lending products/agreements.
  • Excellent relationship management and partnership skills with Business, Technology, and Corporate groups.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills.
