Early Childhood Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0–7 years in a residential setting.
This is a unique opportunity for a compassionate and resilient professional to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily care and routines that meet the developmental needs of children.
- Support children to develop social and emotional skills through play-based activities and learning experiences.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes stability and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Certificate IV or above in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Experience: Previous experience working with children aged 0–7 years.
- Licences & Checks: QLD Driver's Licence, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and LCS2.
- Availability: Flexibility to work across varied shifts including weekends and sleepovers.
