Student Town Planner

  • 35 hours per week position available for a temporary full-time student placement.
  • Gain hands-on experience and earn while you study in this rewarding role.

About the opportunity :

This role provides an excellent pathway for current students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in Strategic Planning, with a focus on Development Assessment. You will be exposed to other aspects of Town Planning during your placement.

You will be involved in all facets of development assessment and interact directly with developers, government agencies, and the community. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes :

  • Enrolled in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Current NSW Class C driver's license.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
