As an Employee Coordinator with Activ, you will play a vital role in supporting our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to our team members, including coordinating meetings, managing emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating interviews and ensuring new staff members have the necessary resources and training.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
