EHSQ Specialist Job Description

The EHSQ Specialist will be responsible for improving EHSQ management systems and supporting injured employees in return to work outcomes.

The role includes:

  • Improving EHSQ risk management processes through data analysis and collaboration.
  • Developing strong employee relationships through support and feedback.
  • Developing technical expertise in EHSQ and construction safety.
  • Providing EHSQ advice and support to multiple teams.
  • Ensuring accurate EHSQ reporting and compliance.
About You
  • You will need an Allied Health qualification or Return-to-Work Coordinator training/competency.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Safety or related disciplines are desirable.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or similar return to work roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
