Safety Solutions

As a Senior Occupational Health & Safety Consultant, you will develop strategic, human-centred safety solutions for clients. This includes:

  • Conducting audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
  • Providing expert advisory services on safety compliance and best practices
  • Developing and implementing contractor safety management systems to ensure robust risk control strategies
  • Facilitating training programs that enhance organisational capability and empower employees to take ownership of safety

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong expertise in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
  • A proven track record in workplace risk assessment and control strategies, particularly in High-Risk environments
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement ISO 45001 safety management systems
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
