Join a Dynamic Team as an Agricultural Professional

The company is seeking enthusiastic graduates from a range of disciplines to join its team as part of the Rotational Graduate Program.

This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in crop planning, pest and disease management, irrigation, and soil management.

Graduates will be immersed in the horticulture, agronomy, growing, harvesting, irrigation, and/or safety and quality teams, gaining exposure to various produce categories and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with crop planning, pest and disease management, irrigation, and soil management.
  • Set up field trials to test new crop varieties, fertilizers, pesticides, and techniques.
  • Monitor crop health and diagnose issues (pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies).
  • Collect and analyze data on crop performance and yield.
  • Develop and monitor post-harvest techniques to reduce spoilage and maintain freshness.
  • Conduct inspections for hygiene, contamination, pesticide residues, and microbial quality.

Requirements:

  • Be in your final year or have recently completed a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
  • Be willing to relocate and work in different sites during the program.
  • Be available to commence the Graduate Program on February 9, 2026.
