About the Role

This role will support Home Care, Residential, and Corporate Services to deliver Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, including Safe Moves (Manual Handling), Safety Leadership, and Wellbeing Programs.

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop a training curriculum
  • Monitor and review the implementation of training programs across Uniting AgeWell
  • Deliver training programs and staff competency modules via formal, online, or facilitated sessions
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, based at our Head Office in Melbourne's CBD with hybrid working options available
About You

We're looking for a passionate and experienced trainer who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents and clients. If you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Training or a related field
  • Experience in the aged care or health industry
  • Assessing competency
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training to clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Proven inter-disciplinary communication and influencing skills
  • Driver's license to travel across Victoria
