Corporate Governance Solicitor

Join us in a permanent opportunity for a solicitor with expertise in corporate governance, legal advice, and contract management.

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to provide high-quality legal advice and support to our teams across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland;
  • Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current Practising Certificate from the Queensland Law Society;
  • Experience in complex construction, intellectual property, and/or information technology law particularly in relation to contract management, variation, and termination, risk management, and payment disputes;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
