Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Care Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting the highest standard of clinical nursing care to residents.
- Managing the care team, allocating duties, and supervising staff to ensure effective delivery of care.
- Taking responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults in your care.
- Ensuring effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care through written care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience in elderly care, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges associated with caring for older adults.
- A valid PIN as a Registered Nurse.
- Evidence of knowledge relating to the care of older people, including coaching and supervision skills.
